At this point in time my goal is to make cameraless imagery that is as non-representational as possible. To obscure what the viewer perceives to draw out observations from them. At this point, although happy with individual images I’m finding that I’m just creating imagery for the sake of creating imagery. This level of experimentation is something I haven’t often given myself the opportunity to do. ‘Chemical photography’ has always fascinated me and this is leading my curiosity here. Shown below is a contact sheet of scans of the prints created in todays darkroom session. Below that is a gallery of selected and refined images.

Here the most successful images has been the smashed glass as shown on the left. Although quite striking and dramatic, these images need more of a direction and a concept to follow. This will, hopefully, develop over time.
