As with other essay analysis’ I have printed the essay and highlighted physically. I’ve always found it easier to read in physical form than on a screen so this works for me. I had originally not decided to include Blackout by Dan Holdsworth. Despite its interesting appeal and my prior familiarity with the work I didn’t feel that it had too much resonance with me own work. Its largest appeal here is its use to document the landscape using different methods both photographically and how it’s displayed.
