Shoot 2 – Contact Sheet

For the second shoot I opted for a more forested area. On this route there were elements of mans impact on our environment. It is worth noting that much of the forests we have left in the UK are heavily maintained with many of them being deliberate plantations. The addition of gravel pathways and conservation areas for tree planting show mans impact on our landscape.

This particular location served as a POW camp during the second world war to handle the very large number of prisoners coming through nearby portsmouth following the Dday invasion of 1944.

Using the previously mentioned bracketed exposures and HDR merging to create images, these again have a sample of selected and edited images on the following post.
